This is one of the best features of the Cronometer App. Dairy helps you to check the number of calories burnt, calories consumed and calories left is any. It provides you a complete breakdown of all the macronutrients and micronutrients. It will also provide you the information on whether you are hitting your daily goals or not. It will also provide you with the necessary nutrient targets.

You can manually add exercises by clicking the plus button at the bottom. The same method can be used for adding foods. You can add your exercises of wish and track them.

This section of the App helps you in reducing the effort. There is already a large database of foods and recipes along with their respective calories. However, if you want to create a new food or create a new food combining their recipe and your own recipe that is also possible. The foods which are once entered into the database stay over there, so there is no need to enter them again and again.

To find and add foods there is a big plus sign at the bottom. It allows you to search foods from its database and also add foods. It also helps you to log exercises and other personal details for accurate reports.

When you are searching for foods it helps you to favorite some of them so that there is no need to mark them again. It has different search categories to help you locate the foods needed easily. You can also view custom items that you created and commonly logged items and restaurant items.

You can tap on any item to change the quantity, category, or delete it.

This is probably one of the important sections of the App. Anyone who starts using the app should maybe spend some time in the settings. The results and the data provided by the App are completely reliant on the data you enter. So be careful while entering the data. You can set your goals, diet plans, nutrients required in this area.

There are also dairy settings, a forum for you to discuss, and support provided by Cronometer.

5) Barcode Scanner

This is a unique and great feature in the App. This App helps you to scan the barcode of the products and let you the number of calories present, is it healthy, how much should you consume or should you consume at all. This feature gives you the complete nutrition details of the item you have scanned. You can also save them to the database, so there is no need to scan them again and again.

6) Connecting Devices

Cronometer can be connected with iPhones Health App or other Activity Tracking Apps including FitBit, iWatch, Strava, and more. This helps you to eliminate the stress of adding the log daily. It also updates automatically the chores, biometrics, or other things without much effort from your side.
